About the Event

Dress to Impress is an exciting Fashion Show where creativity and style take center stage! Students in the team will design unique outfits, participate in a fashion show. Each Team will display their dress through a model on the finale day. Winners will be contesting for Best Dress and Best Model title.

Entry Fee

250/- per team. Each Team must consist 2-4 members.

Payment Mode:

Fees can be paid via UPI or Online Transfer (As per event guidelines).

Judgment Criteria

Best Dress

Creativity & Originality – Unique design, innovative use of Aesthetic
Appeal – Visual impact, color coordination, and detailing.
Construction & Finish – Stitching, fitting, and presentation quality.
Sustainability Factor – Use of eco-friendly or repurposed materials will be an add on.

Best Model:

Confidence & Stage Presence – How well the model carries the outfit.
Walk & Posture – Professionalism in walking and posing.
Expression & Attitude – Expressions that match the outfit’s theme.
Overall Impact – How well the model enhances the outfit’s appeal.

Audition Date

11th April 2025

Timing:

11:00am to 1:00pm

Rules & Regulations:

Team Composition: Each team should consist of 2-4 members (including designers, make up person and model).
Outfit Design: Must be originally designed by the team (if the dress has been bought then creativity and innovation will be seen, old dresses can also be used).
Time Limit: Each team gets 2 minutes to present their design on the runway.
Dress Code: No inappropriate, offensive, or overly revealing outfits are allowed.
5. Props & Accessories: Allowed but should not create hazards on stage.
Judging Decision: The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
Punctuality: Teams must be present 1 hour before the event starts for lineup and final preparations.
